Production
The base wine to make the tirage of this cava is as result of two kind of wines from old vines of Trepat. One of them is a young wine with an appropriate alcohol content, balanced acidity and light structure, and the other one is a wine fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 4 months and using regularly the technique of the”Battonage”. It´s removed in desks and later disgorged and labeled according our ancient craft tradition. These tasks are done completely by hand because of the small production and format of the bottle.

Tasting note
Delicate pink bright cherry color, fine bubbles that form an elegant rosary and a persistent crown. Clean aromas of fruit (strawberry, ripe pomegranate,...) that intertwines with an ageing bouquet. Balsamic and toasted notes from the wood. Well structured, balanced and voluminous, creamy and with a well integrated carbonic. Good persistence and excellent finish.
