This cava is produced from the optimal blending of the best Macabeo and Parellada wines according the Method “Champenoise” . Then it rest in the wine cellar for a minimum of 15 months.

Tasting note
Yellow straw color with greenish reflections with a fine bubble and elegant rosary. It has fruity aromas with aging notes. In the mouth it is well structured cava with a good effervescency and a fresh and pleasant finish.
