Production

Cava Parellada mono-varietal from late harvest of some of our highest vineyards, 700 m. altitude. Second fermentation in the bottle following the traditional method and aged for more than 15 months in our cellars.

Tast note

Pale yellow, bright, fine bubble and marked crown. Delicate aromas of white fruit (apple) and nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), and notes of pastry. Smooth and creamy. Good palate with nicely integrated carbon. It is a sparkling wine that stands out for its elegance and finesse.
