Production

Varietal wine of great elegance. After the fermentation and a long maceration under a controlled temperature, to extract the maximum phenol and aromatic potential, it evolves in new oak barrels for four months. The last step takes place inside the bottles. There the wine will mature.

Ageing: 20 months in oak barrels.

Tast note

Cherry red color with violet tones. Complex aromas dominated by the dark red plum, with fine smoked notes and spices. On the palate it is well-balanced and fleshy, slightly tannic and with a broad finish.
