Production

The grapes are pressed by pneumatic press, en we only use the first run juice. Then it undergoes a fermentation at 18⁰C for 21 days into 225l. oak barrels. 4-5 months aging in oak barrels. Attractive to drink it young. It will mature well in the bottle.

Production limited to 1.500 bottles


Tasting note

Bright yellow reflexes and deep pink cherry color with hints of purple. In the nose it is complex with notes of roasted wood and spices on an interesting strawberry fund. Still it maintains quite a lot of the Trepat characteristics.
