Production

This superior wine is one of the most important wines of the cellar. Only the best yields of Merlot and Cabernet sauvignon will become this great wine. After the necessary time of maceration, to extract all its potencial, the next step is a wise and long oak barrel ageing, finishing in the bottle.

Ageing: 20 months in oak barrels.
Limited and numbered production.

Tast note

Dark red currant color with brick shades. On the nose, in the first moment it appears ripe red fruits involved with balsamic notes and a spicy background. It is a soft and silky wine where the sweet and wide tanninsallow an excellent evolution. Long aftertaste with toasty and tobacco hints.
