Production

To make this great rosé wine the grapes are harvested at the most optimal moment of ripeness. To obtain this special color they undergo a light maceration with their peels for the necessary time. Then it will be pressed to get the first pressing must. Once the dregs are removed it comes the controlled fermentation at 13-15ºC to keep the characteristic aromas of this variety.


Tasting note

It has a pale, clear and very shining strawberry color. It is intense on the nose, with hints of peach and strawberry. On the palate it is soft and wellbalanced with a freshness touch, thanks to a well-integrated acidity.
